There = ….as in “They are over there, There is a plant, There can be things happening.”

Their = ….as in “Their kids, Their names are the Smiths, Their friends are stupid.”

They’re = “They are” as in “They’re magestic beings, They’re friends are my friends, They’re mother is an amazing cook.”
